[Darkside tests] subtreeroot conflict error when scanning fake chain #1457

This is a follow-up from this PR #1456

Once the needed TreeStates are added other errors come up.

Note: This might be partially addressed by #1342

how to reproduce:

check out code from [#1455] Darkside Tests: Test fail with "call AddTreeState() first" #1456
run darkside test PaymentURIFulfillmentTests.testPaymentToValidURIFulfillmentSucceeds
