Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

SSKR is a new standard for sharded key backup that is bidirectionally compatible with ZIP 39. We should offer to expose the wallet's seed phrase as SSKR shares, and to make it possible to restore the wallet from SSKR shares.
