Im fine with asset mapper. I use it already on all my projects includes that with EA.

When you use asset mapper in EA, its not blocked to other people use in webpack. but when you use webpack, than is bloked for other people to use in asset mapper and modify EA

I prefer Tailwind but I'm okay if you still using Bootstrap but please, set the $enable-important-utilities variable to false while designing the new UI. See docs here. Avoid using !important is better.

By disabling the !important thing, we can have full control to customize the UI and avoid problems overriding styles. See #6049, #5523
