1.19.2 - 1.18.2 Redstone Dust does not dissapear when breaking blocks beneath it in quick succession.

So my minecraft modpack is on 1.19.2, as not all of the mods have updated to 1.19.3 or even 1.19.4 for that matter. I also don't want to have to backport it to 1.18.2. I play on a server called OpenRedstone. Which is a computational redstone server. These issues are very annoying. Something interesting is that there is a option on Meteor Client (a "utility" client) that fixes alot of the ghost block issues in multiconnect. I'm wondering if you can implement that into the normal mod.
