As part of the ongoing effort to remove files which are only present on the mirrors, gridftp related helper scripts/files etc need to be mored to the esgf-installer repo. These files currently reside under prod/dist/globus and prod/dist/devel/globus.
Migrate the files to github, and modify esg-globus to fix the urls.
