  • Revert "Updated Quick start to CTSM development with git (rest)" This reverts commit 257b349ff7f1874c291400906aa942dce2cff1c9. This reverts 'main' to 'master' for now. We'll un-revert this once we actually rename from master to main.

  • Use manual numbering for footnotes Links weren't working properly on the GitHub wiki for auto-numbered footnotes. I'm hoping that manually numbering them fixes the issue.
