MITprof is a Matlab / Octave toolbox that was originally designed to:
- Manipulate and analyze MITprof ocean profile data collections in combination with the gcmfaces toolbox and ECCO ocean state estimates (Forget et al., 2015).
- Format ocean profile data as MITprof collections that can be read by the MIT general circulation model and its ocean state estimation packages (Forget et al., 2015).
Download directions in the gcmfaces toolbox documentation provide users with a set up to demo MITprof capabilities using MITprof_demo.m and gcmfaces' example_MITprof.m.
