Currently the models are download from the oit swift storage:

iMADS/util/create_conf.yaml

Line 131 in 7027f6c

MODEL_BASE_URL: https://swift.oit.duke.edu/v1/AUTH_gcb/gordan_models

This is not a good long term location for these files.
Move these files to another location and update iMADS to use the new location.
