Path old python is being used

!!!!!!nevermind, the python.exe was still in old map!!!!!!!!!!

I have installed the addon python Python Environment Manager with a python 3,7
Now i installed 3.11 ad a diverent location and removed the old one.

But when i run a script it keeps looking for the old one, and its also still in the environments. How do i delete this one and make vs look at the new one.

I tried all teh standard "choose your environments" tutorials, but what ever i do it gives me:
