Show on document view that there are multiple models at work against the document

In #12 we will be supporting model building against documents in the database. We want to showcase that documents are being used to populate multiple models as part of the UI for demo purposes.

This issue is closed when the document view contains a display showcasing what models they are applied to. Design is up to the implementer though we can brainstorm on it if needed.
