Create citation handling for trinket, similar to the citation handling in NLTK

See #59 -- add meta data to the model to support the download of a citation.bib file.

This ticket involves creating the content that would go into the citation file for a dataset, then creating a custom view to force that metadata down to the browser as a response to their request.

  • create a class that loads the metadata for the dataset
  • go into a bibliographic reference
  • investigate .bib format
  • create custom view to push that data down
