Now that we have a multi-file system, we need a way to upload multiple files to a single data set.

Hacked in the old uploader into the new data set model.

Also need data set versioning: e.g. when we upload a new file does the version change?

For the versioning component, let's treat as a separate issue. That one is waiting on versioning models from #59
