Bugs on filter of followup status

Describe the bug
Filter disable 特定狀態後，該狀態 pin 還是會出現

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a region （桃園確定有已拆除的）
2. Disable 未處理、處理中
3. pin 會全部消失
4. 等一下下之後會陸續出現
5. 但是出現不應該出現的狀態 pin

Expected behavior
只選擇「已拆除」工廠時，只看到已拆除的工廠 pin

After disabling some follow-up status, the pins of that disabled status still show on the map

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a region （there are factories in process in `桃園`）
2. Disable `未處理`、`處理中`
3. Pins will all disappear
4. Pins will appear again
5. But pins with disabled status still appear

Expected behavior
When I select factory with 已拆除 status, only 已拆除 factory pins appear on the map

I only successfully reproduce once. I will keep the inspector open next time

Ok, let's keep an eye on this. Actually, lemme double check in firefox, i can't remember if i tested in chrome only.
