Site endpoint for files and members does not provide the permissions in API data. #141

The site endpoint for the files and members pages do not provide the API data needed for permissions. This causes things like project member level visibility elements not to be displayed on those pages.

This shouldn't be the case for members, but I am working on fixing it for files
