Refacto Amatek Phantom cameras and Euresys handling

In the current releases, the Euresys eGrabber camera model can't be used as the associated dll (EuresyseGrabber.dll) is not included in the installer. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose in debug mode as well
It seems to just be a base draft for the Amatek cameras, (maybe refacto to use inheritance instead ?)
