Provide support for AWS JDBC Driver

Description

Introduce support for Amazon JDBC Driver, including secretless/passwordless authentication using AWS IAM. This feature will enhance security by eliminating the need for hardcoded credentials and will also allow DependencyTrack to fully leverage the benefits of clustered databases like Amazon Aurora.
