Adding new functionality

Enhancement Description

For crop coefficient, we are now using values based on a mapping table in setup_lulcmaps.
We could add new methods, for example to use MIRCA2000 data (crop_type map rather than the gridded crop_factor map) and make sure we intersect with the landuse cropland classification.
Derive kc based on NDVI from MODIS as in Kamble et al: 𝐾𝑐𝑁𝐷𝑉𝐼=1.4571(𝑁𝐷𝑉𝐼)−0.1725

Use case

Better estimation of the PET reduction with types of crops/vegetation
