The output CSV consists of output for the cross-section (measures) and the surroundings. Split this into two parts.

Reminder: in the future it would be nice to export all points as a shapefile instead of a list of points in a csv.

Tasks:

Split the report export to csv into two parts,
Consider making the "locations" report into a .shp file instead. #120
Investigate the € currency symbol is correctly exported or replace it with (Eur) instead.
Update existing tests.
Update reference test data.
