Funktioniert nicht, wirft "TypeError at /courses/1/topic/1/content/add/PanoptoVideo/ Parameter "form" should contain a valid Django Form" :/
Fix Bootstrap update issues and add dedicated user rating view to course (average rating remains as well but not clickable anymore).

@skipversehen, da die Generierung des in-memory Anki files einen mimetype application/empty hat. Über die Oberfläche hochgeladene Anki Decks haben allerdings den mimetype application/zip. Somit schlagen die Anki Tests immer mit einem Error fehl. Entsprechende Kommentare im Code.
