Describe the bug

The word "browse" is misaligned in the uploader component. "browse" should be aligned to vertical-align: baseline; to match the rest of the sentence.

To Reproduce

  1. Login
  2. Go to MyDSpace
  3. Look at the upload box at the top of the page

Expected behavior

All words in the sentence should be evenly aligned
