Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The search bar could have some improvements by adding a dropdown with filters. Also add the possibility to remove the string in search box.

Describe the solution you'd like

The search bar should be something like:
imagem
where in All Fields could also have, for example, Title/Subject/type/Itemtype...

The remove string could be like an X in the search box:
