Qualdrop value with language support not correctly rendered

Describe the bug
When an input of type qualdrop_value is configured in submission form, with language support enabled. Input section is not well rendered on frontend side, as dropdown that should contain the list of possible qualdrop values is indeed populated with the list of possible languages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable <language> in any input of type qualdrop_value insubmission-forms.xml backend configuration file
2. Start a submission of a DSpace Object, whose submission form contains input set at previous point

Expected behavior
Both qualdrop and language values correctly rendered in submission
