Add rating for Trace Memory
Revised a few game titles, and added Game & Watch Collection 1 and 2.
These games show an ESRB rating on startup, so they need to be removed to show the ratings once.

What's changed?
I edited the
ESRB.inifile three times to remove the entries for the following games:Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games
Why? These games show an ESRB rating on startup, so we only needed to show the rating just once.
Where have you tested it?
Nintendo DSi XL, TWiLight Menu++ release 27.7.1
