Hi, could you tell me what data do you base on and where could I get it? The link provided before http://www.srh.noaa.gov/data/ridge2/Precip/qpehourlyshape/ is unavailable now

@hobbitlzy We were using hourly Quantitative Precipitation Estimates (QPE), but sadly it looks like they discontinued that data. See http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/notification/scn17-115sr-websites_end.htm:

All of the hourly information on this webpage will no longer be available. 
You can find similar information here: 
https://water.weather.gov/precip/

It looks like you can download QPE data from this site https://water.weather.gov/precip/, but I'm not sure if there are shapefiles available or if they have hourly estimates any more. If you are looking for hourly precip that is not for Puerto Rico, you could look at how we accessed the data using the R package geoknife for some of our other hurricane visualizations, such as Hurricane Irma.
