Duplicate content from left to right

Enable simple content duplicate per key from the en-US version to my localized version, eg. for easy copy URL's

this is already available on one of the icons on the toolbar.

I would like it in the row, so I see/know what I am doing on the spot that I am working on.
Similar to the LPManager module that Peter made
Toolbar is for all, inline for individual elements
