iOS 15.4.1 "Safari cannot download this file." #770

Clicking Apple Calendar or Outlook when on an iOS device (v15.4.1) is causing an error to pop up saying "Safari cannot download this file." No event is created in the calendar.

Able to grab the console errors from iOS Safari.
