Build postgres-operator with centos7 not working

** Which example are you working with? **
We have cloned the postgres-operator/crunchy-containers repo at our end and building it as part of our build pipeline. We are using v4.5.1 of postgres-operator/crunchy-containers .

What is the current behavior?
Build failing

What is the expected behavior?
Build should go through fine.

Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, related issues, etc)
During the build of docker images, we are hitting an issue where it is not able to find the repo for el7. .https://repo.developers.crunchydata.com/postgresql12/centos/EL7/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml.
Manually verified as well, the above doesn't exist.

• Container Image Tag: NA
• PostgreSQL Version: 12
• Platform (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift): Kubernetes
• Platform Version: 1.14

Please let us know if we have any active repo for el7 which we can use for build and back it up locally.
