Description

When sending chats, sometimes they randomly misfire and don't send.

Expected Behavior

Chats should send when you click .

Current Behavior

Randomly, and perhaps after a period of being away from the screen, you type a chat. Then press enter. The chat disappears from the <textarea>, but does not send to the chat. Or a blank entry is sent. This is frustrating because you have to retype the entire chat again.
