[frontend] partial visible events for non couchers

Context:
I'm on my favorite app ever (Couchers, of course) and I send a just created event to a friend of mine. My friend doesn't have an Couchers.org account, and my event is public by default, so my friend can see partially the event, not all the info (to protect our users, you know)

ToDo:
For public couchers event only

• Implement a partial event page, where we display just:
  • title
  • num of people going
  • hour & place? [couchsurfing does this, thoughs on this?]
  • event picture

notes: I think we should use another backend endpoint to prevent people getting the information through the network tab of the developers tools

notes2: don't display the link of the online meeting [obviously]
