Future Warning: distutils deprecation

This message popped up when testing pysatMissions against python 3.10 (OMMBV is a dependency):

Additional context
No release schedule yet for python 3.12. Python 3.11 is scheduled for 2022-10-03, so there is time to investigate potential solutions.
