Merge this repo with concordium-node-sdk-js

The libraries in this repo are closely related to both the web-sdk and the browser wallet.
Since changes in the web-sdk might accidentally break stuff in these libraries I suggest that we move these libraries into the repo with the web-sdk allowing development and CI to catch more.
