To reproduce:

Recover from seed phrase, select Testnet.
After recovery, switch to Mainnet.
Switch back to Testnet.
Try to create an account.

Result:

Account creation fails. It seems that data for the identity that was created is missing.

Expected

It should be possible to create accounts.

Workaround:

Initiate creation of the identity and close it. It is not needed to create new identity for workaround to work.
