Wiki maintainer tags not accessible #368

There is a poor contrast ratio on the wiki maintainer tags that can make it difficult to read:

What colors would be replace it with? Currently, we have a

Red, for Constitutional Maintainers: #e51c23
Orange, for RTPS: #ff9800
No yellow, but that would lead to horrible contrast anyways
Green for EBoard: #4caf50
Blue for Webmasters: #2196f3
Dark Purple for Drink Admins: #b0197e
Pink for 3DAs: #e83e8c

We could try:

saddlebrown: #8B4513, Accessibility score of 7.09
Charcoal / off-black: #36454F, score 9.90
Purple-red mix: #800040, Score 10.54
Reusing Constitutional Maintainer's red: #e51c23, score 4.64
