Contact form: Scroll up to the notification message after form submission

Current Behaviour
When using the Contact form in mobile, the notification message where it displays successful or failed appears at the top when the form is submitted.

The notification message cannot be seen after hitting the Submit button unless the user will scroll up.

A feature to add for the screen to scroll up to the notification message after clicking the Submit button would be great. Or place the notification below the submit button so it can easily be seen.
