[Bug] Crash In Triggers Menu, Action 103 Timer Text

The Editor crashes if the "None" option is selected, for Action 103 Timer Text.

if None is either selected manually with mouse, or if the String in the Search Bar starts with N (I assume since that automatically selects the first result, usually None.)

Attached is the crash log. (exception file? same thing? idk)
