Error Loop: WRN No target libraries found error= "failed determining libraries"

I have a folder to which I download movie files from Radarr which is not added to Plex. Radarr triggers a scan as it supposed to, but as the folder is not added to Plex, I am stuck into an error loop. Error Loop: WRN No target libraries found error= "failed determining libraries"

Is there a way to manually clear/remove the specific scan trigger event/request?
I tried deleting the autoscan.db and recreated it, but the error still appears.

In future, is tagging in Radarr the only way to ignore a folder from being triggered? Or can I specify an ignore folder in the config file?
