Import Lock flows from MicroFocus-Solutions-CP to Base (CloudSlang)

We are currently switching from classic flow development to designer and only use CloudSlang operations.

From the old world we use very often operations that set and delete locks.

It would be great if these capabilities could be included in the CloudSlang Base ContentPack so we
can continue debugging in the designer and not have to do hybrid authoring.
