Activating Deepstack NOAVX

Hi Chris
This is a very exciting project for me! I'm totally new to Synology, GitHub and Python (really sorry) but am doing my best to get my new single IP Reolink Camera to work using your DeepStack instructions. Like you say - the standard motion detection that comes with most IP cameras is pretty sub-optimal. It's all going well - but I can't work out how to activate the Deepstack NOAVX API. Other people seem to be having a similar problem, as the activation link doesn't seem to work any more (now that newer versions of Deepstack do not need activating). This is the broken link:

Is there an alternative version of the Deepstack API that would work with Synology and your blog instructions - or could you give some pointers if/how the NOAVX API can now be activated? Please be gentle with me. I'm a computing idiot.
