Description

To make working on Microwin easier and as a preparation step for the Runspaces for Microwin PR this moves content related to microwin to its own folder "Microwin" in "functions".
In addition to that the Microwin Helper is devided into the diffrent functions like most other functions at this point.

Testing

not at home rn, just scratched this together as preparation.

Impact

better maintanance of Microwin
