In advanced tweaks if I check "remove all ms apps" or "remove microsoft edge" the task seems to complete successfully as alluded by "tweaks finished" in the top right corner and the check mark on icon on the taskbar, but in reality all the apps are still there and open as normal.

This is simple to reproduce, run the script, check either one tweak or both at the same time and it will fail to remove the apps.

This issue occurs on both Widnows 10 and 11, both fresh install and tried on multiple PC's.

I'm not a dev and not sure what else I can provide, but if there is something, I'll help to best of my abilities.

I've test against iso from microwin, build from 23h2_v2 iso. The system build is 22631.2861. I can't remove Edge. Here are some output.

It's because someone (probably Microsoft or system admin) removed the uninstall method from Windows Registry HKLM:\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate \ClientState\{56EB18F8-B008-4CBD-B6D2-8C97FE7E9062}

Tried this in a VM with fresh 24H2 ISO and then MicroWin iso made from 24H2, edge removal failed in both cases.

Also tried running AveYo's edge removal script, also didn't work.
