Hi all!
I experienced weird problem after update OS from 45-1 to v46 on my original ROG ALLY with Z1 Extreme.

Every time after fresh launch I have this issue with frames.

For example:
120fps/120hz - locked 70fps
60fps/120hz - locked 40fps
30fps/120hz - locked 20fps

Default VRR on/off - no difference.
GPU has normal utilization.
I have installed only Decky & PowerControl and with or without this issue still exist.

Every game is affected by this and these frames aren't smooth as should be even for 60-70, I feel a choppy effect.

Only 60hz mode runs fine with a proper FPS scale.

The temporary solution is to turn off/on or on/off VRR right after start when big picture mode is on the screen. Then immediately frames are going up to 120 and games running like before.

I'm new to Linux Environment so if any body knows what's going on please explain me in easy language, thanks :)
