how to migrate my fullnode/farmer/wallet to another machine

My fullnode、farmer and wallet is working on ubuntu 18.04 from github source code，for some reason ，now I want to migrate to another one。Question：

1. if I move the .chia/ directory to the new machine（config、certificate、dbs）， after I pull the source code and install chia，do I need to execute chia init again ?
2. After I installed chia and initialized with ca , add key （mnemonic）, do the fullnode needs to sync the Height from 0 ? Or there exist some methods to avoid syncing from 0 ?
3. I deployed the structure by wiki "Farming on Many Machines"，but it occured abnormity when the harvester had plot some file, that it could not show others harvesters' plot count after I executed 'chia farm summary' ,is this a bug ?
4. via nfs , I solved above 3th problem , but another question appeared that farmer farmed 2 times plot file, would this influence my cluster ?
