Offer accepting rejects files with newline

If you copy offer data into a file, that file may then contain a newline "\n".
If you try to accept such an offer file (cmdline) it will get rejected. First one has to remove the the newline: tr --delete '\n' < offer.offer > cleaned-offer.offer then accept the offer.

I suggest the program do this itself.
