Need error logging around display tokens (getting token data, getting carbon data about token, etc), and workflow calls (send, retire, detokenize).

This should apply to UI as well.

From Brad: Climate Wallet has a significant amount of convoluted code that will make adding useful logging a challenge. I estimate that adding basic log output could take 10-20 hours to implement properly for all the functions that wallet performs. I estimate adding UX elements for errors would take about 10 hours.
