BUG: (Climate Wallet) Window does not close when reviewing the retirement details page

When performing any of the workflow actions in the wallet (send, retire, detokenize) - when the user enters details on the workflow screens, user cannot close the app without first cancelling the workflow.

From Brad: There appear to be some deep rooted issues with climate wallet's implementation of react, with a warning of a fairly basic misuse of react hooks showing up in the javascript console. It will be hard to diagnose and fix any other issues until this is resolved, which could take a few minutes to find and fix, or many hours of digging. I would suggest a time boxed investigation at solving the various errors that are showing up in the javascript console which may result in this issue being resolved or at the very least making it more clear what is going on. I would suggest starting with 2-4 hours and reevaluating.
