FEAT: Update error logging on retirement failure #103

Currently the wallet can fail to retire a token due to not being able to find the CAT TAIL on CADT metadata. This returns an ugly error.

Change error instead to "Token retirement failed. Please restart your Climate Wallet and try the transaction again."
