integrate FR match similarity scores

Richard's group has similarity score mappings between LungMap and HCLA lung datasets. We should load these in ASAP. This will be precedent for loading FRmatch or other similarity scores more generally. The aim should be to harden this so that others Richard/Renee can load directly. In future we should aim to load in remapping from integration networks.

We should Use CellMark repo for this.
