CATROID-1237 changes SensorLoudness.java into SensorLoudness.kt

The SensorLoudness.java is refactored to Kotlin, now SensorLoudness.kt. The constructor is changed, so the path is given when creating a new object instead of in the Class. A new test is added for the statusChecker variable and variables inside the run method.
