Generalize buttons: parameterize icon, text and actions.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The buttons are not general, each button has its own style and it makes that we to do more changes if we want a new design. Button icons are specific, doesnt respect an design and could be more general. Also, we cant re-use code or have a solid and unified design.

Describe the solution you'd like
Generalize the buttons, maybe a component. Parameterize the icon, text and actions functions. Change text style based in recommended design.

Additional context
This general button will be used in othet sections, so we need that properties and functions button will be settables.
