WebSocket Client for Purebasic
Heavily modified version of https://gist.github.com/Netzvamp/8623def14501de15c9e4, with support for SSL/TSL and fragmented frames.
The websocket client will be the Base for a Loxone Communicator to control Loxone with Purebasic.
